William Blake MRICS has extensive experience in the real estate industry, beginning with a role as a Graduate Surveyor at King Sturge LLP from October 2003 to March 2006. After this initial position, William held various significant roles, including Surveyor and Retail Agent at KLM Retail (August 2010 - November 2013), Asset Manager and Leasing Manager at M&G Real Estate (November 2013 - September 2014), and Asset Manager at Capital & Regional (October 2014 - February 2018). William served as Leasing Manager at Realm Retail & Leisure Asset Management from June 2018 to June 2022, overseeing notable projects like the London Designer Outlet Centre. More recently, William has worked as Leasing Manager Europe (Maternity Cover) and Senior Leasing Manager Europe for PUMA Group from July 2023 to December 2023, and will be taking on consulting roles as European Leasing Manager and Leasing Manager UK & DK at Multi-Realm in 2025.
