Angel Semeco

Angel Semeco has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. In 2005, they began working as a Senior Telecommunications Consultant for CANTV, where they helped the Venezuelan Telecommunication company to decide on which telephone, data communications and video services and equipment were best for their business. Angel also participated in the national projects to include the fiber optical network in Venezuela, and was the project leader for the BAREMO project for all the licitation's procedures. In 2011, they took on the role of Senior Technology Consultant at Briguti C.A Chevrolet dealership. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at NELSON'S PAMPERED TAILS LLC as an Operations Manager and Dog Groomer. Since 2015, they have been Global Accounts Director and Senior Program Manager at Multibrain, where they build solid, deep and long-term customer relationships, creates and drives the execution of the account plan for assigned clients/customers, and ensures customer centricity is core to all activities by providing a positive customer experience before and after the sale. Angel also leads the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and establishes shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.

Angel Semeco obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT) & Systems from IUTIRLA in 2007. Angel then went on to receive a Master's degree in Human Resourses from Universidad Nacional Experimental Politecnica de la Fuerza Armada in 2010. In 2013, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in E-Commerce from Caribbean International University. Additionally, Angel Semeco holds various certifications, including Facebook for Business, Building an Integrated Online Marketing Plan, Social Media Marketing for Small Business, Advance Coach School, CLC Certified Life Coach, Coach Excellence "Express Program", Coach Excellence School Certification, E-Commerce, Introduction to Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Introduction to the AWS Cloud, LPI, Linux Certified Professional, Marketing Digital, Network Engineer, and Web Analytics.
