Erick Navarro has a varied work experience. In 2017, they were an Operador Técnico at Sanmina and an Android Developer on their own project. In 2018, they were an Electronic Technician at Trafictec. In 2019, they were a Software Developer at Corporación Tectronic S.A. de C.V., a Programming Teacher at Universidad FiTech, and a Freelance POS Software Developer. In 2020, they were a Data Engineer at OnNET Solutions and in 2021, they were a Software Developer at Netica Robotics & Education. Currently, they are a Full Stack Engineer at Multiburó.

Erick Navarro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad de Guadalajara between 2015 and 2019.
