Ingar Flatlandsmo is a principal energy economist and program manager specializing in energy markets and projects in East Africa and the Nordics. They have advised on various sector reform efforts in African power sectors, conducted financial and economic analyses, and prepared program documents for development assistance interventions. Ingar holds a Master of Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and a CEMS Master's from both NHH and ESADE Business School. Currently, they serve as Team Leader for a power sector expansion assignment covering the 54 African countries for the AfDB and COMESA, while also acting as a senior economist focusing on transmission pricing in Zambia.
