Øyvind Høvding has extensive experience in environmental geology and management, currently serving as the interim director for the Business Unit West at Multiconsult from October 2023 to May 2024, overseeing operations in Bergen, Stord, Voss, and Indre Sogn. Previously held roles at Multiconsult include Department Head of Geo Region West and Head of Geo and Data Collection, managing over 70 staff and multiple projects. Høvding began a career in journalism at Os & Fusaposten AS and developed expertise as an environmental geologist in various positions including Project Engineer at NOTEBY AS and Senior Advisor in Environmental Geology at Multiconsult. Høvding's academic background includes a Master's degree in Geology from the University of Bergen.
