Previous positions include managing the Wind-Fix business unit for Europe and Asia, as well as handling purchasing for special products across the Netherlands and China. Ad has a solid educational background, including a Post HBO in Business Controller and certifications in Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt and Purchase & Supplier Management, with foundational studies in business and management. Other professional experience includes factory planning at Farm Trans B.V. and a position at Van Loon Vlees.
