Alberto Ruzzon

Alberto Ruzzon is an ICAEW Fellow Chartered Accountant currently serving as the Interim Group Statutory Accounts and Compliance Officer at IRCA Group, where they are involved in the Advent International portfolio acquisition. With extensive experience in finance, Alberto has held prominent roles including Chief Financial Officer at Piaggio Group and Director of Finance at Marine Aviation & General (London) Ltd. They have also held interim positions at various companies, focusing on statutory reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Alberto holds Master’s degrees in Business Law & Economics and Bankruptcy & Insolvency Proceedings from the University of Bologna and Wolters Kluwer - IPSOA, respectively.
