Multilateral is an independent, strategic, transdisciplinary think tank, founded in 2019, that supports decision-makers on the opportunities and risks facing their organisations. Our clients and partners trust us with their most important commercial issues, and value our experienced, strategic approach and independence of thought.

Multilateral works across many industry sectors, all over the world. Our headquarters are in Melbourne, and we operate primarily in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Our advice is delivered by our in-house team of experienced professionals – drawn from diverse backgrounds including strategy consulting, wealth management, innovation programming, marketing technology, government services, the cooperative sector, and Web3 – and our insights are informed by high-quality conversations conducted by a global network of well-connected domain expertise. Few other business models bring together such a network as much as ours: this, above all, is what makes Multilateral different.

Decision-makers have turned to our leadership personnel for advice on their most complex and important decisions, across a wide range of issues such as: business and digital transformation, strategic planning and execution, compliance, service delivery, go-to-market strategy, product development, data and account migration, procurement, digital asset exchange, and more.

For more than 20 years, our methodology has been utilised by a client base that includes government institutions, blue-chip corporations and start-ups. We also work with expertise from various sectors to co-design high-performance, digital-based organisation models that scale and adhere to global best practices.
