Medical Interpreter

Carmen Lim has extensive experience in the language services industry and customer care management. Carmen worked as a Customer Care Manager at Citibank Berhad from November 2010 to December 2012, overseeing customer complaints. Prior to that, Carmen served as an Assistant Manager at Al Rajhi Bank from May 2007 to August 2010, assisting in the startup of the call center and telesales department. In the following years, Carmen has held various roles as a certified medical interpreter at LanguageLine Solutions and Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group, among others, and currently holds positions as a certified interpreter at Propio Language Services, GLOBO, and Language Services Associates. Additional roles include interpreting for Cantonese and Malay at Jeenie and Transatlantic Translations Group, and working as a remote interpreter for 911 Interpreters.
