Diane Wu

Diane Wu has over 10 years of experience in various roles. Diane began their career in 2009 as a Conference Interpreter at the European Institute of Innovation and Technology. In 2011, they became an Assistant to the General Manager at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions. In 2013, they moved to Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services, where they served as an Assistant to the GM, TPJ, Shenzhen. In 2015, they joined BT Language Solutions as a Senior Project Manager and Partner, where they managed key accounts in Europe, US and Singapore and coordinated between clients and operations. In 2021, they became a Key Account Manager at MultiLingual Technologies Inc., where they build and fosters loyal, long-lasting relationships with high-value customers by developing project strategies and tailored plans based on client needs, producing project quotations after accurate assessment, and communicating with clients in order to meet their goals and assure high-quality outputs.

Diane Wu obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English in Business from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics between 2005 and 2009. Diane then went on to obtain their Master's Degree in Translating and Interpreting from Macquarie University between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they hold a NAATI Level-III Professional Translator and Interpreter (EN<>CN) certification from NAATI.
