Kaleem Ullah

Kaleem Ullah has a diverse work experience in the field of software solutions and IT support. Kaleem started their career at PMCL employed by Multilynx in 2007 as a Resident Engineer, where they were responsible for software installations, user training, and resolving IT queries. In 2008, they transitioned to Multilynx and worked as a Software Integration Specialist, conducting requirement gathering workshops, implementing solutions, and providing support for deployed projects. From 2013 to 2017, they took on the role of a Solution Delivery Expert at Multilynx, leading implementations of various software solutions and designing customer presentations. In 2017, they were promoted to the position of Lead Software Solutions, where they handled low-level design and implementation for fault, performance, and security solutions, managed technical delivery projects, and engaged with SMEs for managing dependencies and environment readiness. Overall, Kaleem Ullah has a strong background in software solutions, IT support, and project management.

Kaleem Ullah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Allama Iqbal Open University, which they completed between 2003 and 2007. Kaleem also holds certifications in HP Accredited Technical Professional - ArcSight Security v1 from HPE Security - Data Security and HPE Application Performance Management (APM) 9.30: Level 320 from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, both obtained in 2017.
