Matthew Flint

Matthew Flint is an experienced MSVO Composites Manager and Programme Coordinator at Multimatic since November 2021, responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various programs while maintaining budget, timeline, and quality standards. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions in composite fabrication and management, including Composite Technician at AEROTRON COMPOSITES LTD and Laminator roles at FORWARD COMPOSITES LTD, CROSBY COMPOSITES LIMITED, and Prodrive. Matthew has a background in laminating carbon fiber components for automotive and aerospace industries and has also worked in workshop environments managing autoclaves and product inspection. Matthew holds a CMI Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification from The Bedford College Group and has completed Electrical Installations Level 2 and 3 at Tresham College, alongside GCSEs from Manor School and Sports College.
