Michael Spence

Michael Spence, CPA, CA, MBA, is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Multimatic since April 2016, Spence previously held the same title at VersaCold Logistics Services from May 2014 to April 2016. Prior to these roles, Spence spent nearly 14 years at Canadian General-Tower Limited, advancing through positions such as President and Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, and Director of Corporate Finance. Spence's career began at Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Associate in Assurance & Business Advisory. Academic credentials include an MBA from Queen's University and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.
