Stephen Lawrence

Stephen Lawrence is an experienced automotive professional specializing in motorsports, currently serving as the Composite Project Lead at Multimatic Inc. since June 2022. Previously, Stephen held numerous mechanical roles at Williams Racing from October 2004 to July 2022, including Lead Chassis Build Mechanic, where responsibilities included coordinating the build of F1 race chassis and collaborating with various sub-departments. Other notable positions at Williams included being the No 1 mechanic for Felipe Massa and the Williams Driver Academy. Earlier experience includes positions as No 1 Mechanic at First Choice Racing in the DTM series, and various mechanics roles at Arrows F1, Prodrive, and TWR. Stephen's educational background includes studies at Cambridge Regional College and Linton Village College.
