Thomas Buckler

Thomas Buckler is a seasoned executive in engineering operations and electronics, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering Operations and General Manager/Director of Multimatic Electronic Systems since November 2020. Thomas has successfully established a new automotive electronics and software division, growing the team to over 70 engineers across multiple locations and achieving ASPICE Level 2 certification. Prior to joining Multimatic, Thomas held various leadership roles at Cosworth from February 2006 to October 2020, including Managing Director of Electronics, where strategic growth and performance improvement were emphasized. Thomas's early career included roles at Pi Research, contributing significantly to the Formula 1 sector. Thomas holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and an MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bristol.
