Thomas Shaw has extensive experience in marketing and technology leadership, currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Technology Officer at OCMBC, INC., as well as Chief Marketing & Technology Officer at LoanStream Mortgage. Thomas is also a Board Member for Multimodal AI, focusing on the integration of AI in financial services, and serves as Chairman and Managing Director at elevenX Marketing, where responsibilities include business development and marketing strategy. Previous leadership roles include Senior Vice President of Marketing at Carrington Mortgage Services and Guidance Residential Lending, along with key positions at H&R Block and New Century Mortgage. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and has furthered education at UCLA.
