Carlos Mena has extensive experience in marketing and product management. Carlos started their career at Avon in 2012, where they held various roles, including Jefe de Producto Senior and Jefe de Producto Bienestar, Cuidado del Cabello y Cuidado Personal. In these positions, they led strategic planning, achieved sales objectives, managed pricing and trade marketing strategies, and developed and launched new products. Carlos joined MultiMoney in 2017 as Gerente de Producto, responsible for developing and launching new financial products. Carlos later transitioned to the role of Gerente de Marketing Digital, where they focused on defining and leading the digital strategy and ensuring the digital transformation of the company's brands.

Carlos Mena has a diverse education history. Carlos completed a Master's degree in Digital Marketing and Commercial Management from ENAE Business School. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from ULACIT. In 2015, they pursued a specialization in Neuromarketing from Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Furthermore, they earned a Technical degree in Business Management from ULACIT. Carlos has a strong background in marketing, with a focus on both traditional and digital strategies.
