Tom Hitron has a diverse work experience in the field of research and development. Tom is currently working as a Senior UX Researcher at Sightful since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at WeissBeerger as a User Researcher from September 2018 to May 2021. At WeissBeerger, they played a significant role in the company's acquisition by Anheuser-Busch Inbev and contributed to their data analytics platform in the food and beverage industry. Before that, they were a Product Researcher at Media Innovation Lab from October 2017 to May 2019, where they managed and coordinated the research and development of Scratch Nodes, a connected smart device for children's learning of coding fundamentals. Their earlier experience includes working as a Community Manager at IT Central Station from January 2014 to February 2018, where they played a key role in the development of a B2B community site for software and IT product ratings and reviews.
Tom Hitron completed their education at two different institutions. From 2020 to 2022, they attended milab - Media Innovation Lab, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Human Computer Interaction. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, they studied at Reichman University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, with a focus on Human Computer Interaction.
