Stanislav Podolyanchuk

Stanislav Podolyanchuk has a significant amount of work experience in the financial industry. Stanislav most recently worked at DynaPay UK as the Chief Product Officer and Director, a role they started in February 2020. Prior to that, they were the Chief Visionary Officer at Emerald Financial Group (UK) Ltd from July 2019 to February 2020.

In 2018, Podolyanchuk worked as a Project Development Manager at ECommPay. Before that, they held the position of Head of Acquiring and Issuing Department at CardPay from February 2016 to July 2018.

In 2015, they worked at Commercial Bank "Russky Slaviansky Bank" (JSC) as the Head of Development and Sales of Card Products Department, where they were responsible for various tasks such as developing financial risk assessments, implementing e-commerce and acquiring, and analyzing and optimizing ATM/POS networks.

Podolyanchuk also held roles at OJSC Probusinessbank as the Head of Development of Card Products Department from August 2014 to September 2015, and at OJSC Bank of Moscow as the Head of Credit Cards Department from August 2012 to July 2014.

Stanislav started their career at Russian Standard Bank in 2006, where they initially worked as a Specialist at the Risk Department. Stanislav later became a Chief Specialist at the Financial Planning and Analysis Department at the same bank from December 2007 to June 2011.

Throughout their career, Podolyanchuk has achieved several accomplishments, including launching acquiring projects and cobrand cards, developing non-standard products, and implementing effective campaigns to increase lead conversion and customer portfolios.

Stanislav Podolyanchuk's education history is as follows:

- From 2004 to 2009, they attended The Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation in the Russian Federation. Stanislav obtained a Master's degree in Applied mathematics engineering from the Faculty of applied mathematics and computing.

- In 2012 to 2015, Stanislav pursued a PhD in economics at The Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation, specializing in Industrial engineering.

- In 2009 to 2010, they attended ASKERI Institute in the Russian Federation, where they obtained a diploma in ACCA DipFM with a focus on Management accounting.

- Continuing their education at ASKERI Institute from 2010 to 2011, Stanislav earned another diploma in ACCA DipFM, this time specializing in The financial management.

- In 2013, Stanislav received a Diploma of Course from MasterCard Academy in Profitable Card Management.

- In 2014, they obtained another Diploma of Course from MasterCard Academy in The Advanced Credit Card Simulator.

- In 2017, Stanislav completed a Diploma of Course in Risk Management Fundamentals from Unionpay International.

- Also in 2017, they received a Diploma of Course in International pricing and products from Unionpay International.

- In 2016, Stanislav attended VISA Business School and obtained a Diploma of Course in Clearing and settlement.

- In 2019, they earned a Certificate in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from Harvard University.

- In 2020, Stanislav furthered their education at Harvard University, obtaining a Certificate in Launching Breakthrough Technologies.

- Stanislav also attended Columbia University in 2020, where they earned a Certificate in Machine learning.

- In 2019, Stanislav obtained a Certificate in Models and Decisions in Business Analytics from Columbia University.

- Additionally, they received a Certificate in Persuasive Negotiator from Yale University in 2020.

- In 2019, Stanislav completed a Certificate in Creative Problem Solving from the University of Minnesota.

Stanislav also holds several additional certifications. In 2020, they obtained the World Usability Day certification from USABILITYLAB LLC. In the same year, they received certifications in Anti-Money Laundering, Bribery Prevention, Data Security, Equality & Diversity from Compliance Training. In 2020, they also completed the ROmniX: Omnichannel Strategy and Management certification from Dartmouth College.
