Caroline Champion

Caroline Champion is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in managerial and operational roles. Since November 2013, Caroline has served as National Business Manager at Multipharma, where responsibilities include overseeing approximately 45 pharmacies, identifying development opportunities, managing budgets, and supervising interdepartmental projects. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as District Manager at Lidl Belgium & Luxemburg GmbH from March 2007 to October 2013, focusing on human resource management, commercial policy implementation, and financial oversight. Caroline began their career as a Recruitment & Sales Consultant at Adecco Group from September 2003 to February 2007, specializing in the recruitment of temporary staff and client relationship management.
