Nathalie Cox

Nathalie Cox has a diverse work experience in various roles related to HR and payroll management. Nathalie'smost recent position was as the Head of HR Service Center at Multipharma, starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Payroll Manager at Franki Foundations from January 2019 to May 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing the payroll team and managing the complete payroll process for employees. Nathalie also served as the Compensation & Benefits Manager at TUC RAIL from January 2009 to January 2019. Before that, Nathalie worked as a Compensation & Benefits Manager at Novartis from September 2000 to December 2008. Nathalie began their career as a Payroll Manager at Partena in September 1996, where they gained extensive experience in managing payroll for various companies in different sectors.

Nathalie Cox earned a Licentiate degree in Sciences commerciales et financières (orientation Marketing) from Ichec Brussels Management School from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Enseignement supérieur secondaire with a focus on Latin Mathématiques at Athénée Joseph Bracops from 1986 to 1992.
