Jennifer Elgin

Jennifer Elgin is a strategic and results-driven Director of Talent Development at Claritev, where they lead the design and execution of learning programs to enhance employee capabilities in a technology-driven environment. With nearly 30 years of progressive leadership experience, they previously served as Operations Training Manager at MultiPlan, overseeing a team of trainers and spearheading enterprise-wide training initiatives. Jennifer has been recognized for their expertise in building scalable training frameworks and leveraging data to optimize learning outcomes, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Currently, they are pursuing further education at Cardinal Stritch University.
