Melbalynn Madarang

Mel manages relationships with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans and their affiliates. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, she guides the activities of a national account management team in identifying and implementing value-added opportunities with BCBS plans. Previously, she worked with National Care Network in client services and account management roles. She earned her MBA from Mount St. Mary’s University.
