Michael Lo Presti is an accomplished internal and executive communications leader with a passion for engaging and inspiring colleagues. With 28 years of experience, they began their career at Chubb as a proofreader and advanced to roles such as Communications Manager and Senior Director of Communications at The Cigna Group, where they directed employee communications and supported numerous executive teams. Currently, as the Assistant Vice President of Communications Programs at Claritev, they lead internal communication strategies. An ultrarunner and founder of the CT Trailmixers, Michael is dedicated to fostering inclusive environments both in and out of the workplace.
