Robert Settlage

Robert Settlage, Ph.D., is a senior AI and data science leader currently serving as the Director of Data Science (AI/ML) at Claritev, where they oversee the development of AI solutions for healthcare claim repricing. Previously, they held various leadership positions, including Director of Computational and Data Science at Virginia Tech and Lead of the Proteomics Informatics and Automation Labs at Merck, where they led significant research initiatives. Robert’s academic achievements include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Virginia and a Master's in Statistics from Virginia Tech, along with certifications in Machine Learning and Data Science. They are also an NVIDIA DLI Ambassador, committed to enhancing training and accessibility in high-performance computing.
