Incident and Problem Manager

Ted Schneider has extensive experience in operations management and incident response across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Incident and Problem Manager at Claritev since September 2014, Ted defines processes for effective management and leads major incident calls to ensure rapid service restoration. Prior to this role, Ted held key positions including Senior Manager IT at Acxiom, where responsibilities included leading a data center team for a significant client, and Vice President at BMO U.S., overseeing a large check processing operation. Additional experience includes directorship at IRI, managing a team for retail data analysis, and managerial roles at American Express and Allstate Insurance Company. Ted holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
