Alan Henderson

Alan Henderson has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Alan most recently served as the Legal Director at Multiplex, starting in November 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Legal Counsel at the same company from May 2018 to October 2018.

Before joining Multiplex, Alan held various roles at Clyde & Co, starting as an Associate in December 2012. Alan later became a Senior Associate in July 2014 and eventually served as a Legal Director from May 2017 to May 2018.

Alan's legal career began at Trowers & Hamlins in July 2011, where they worked as a Lawyer until November 2012. Alan then joined Morton Fraser in September 2005, initially as a Trainee Solicitor until September 2007. Alan later became a Senior Solicitor, specialising in construction law issues, ranging from contract drafting and reviewing to dispute resolution and avoidance. Their tenure at Morton Fraser lasted until August 2011.

Alan Henderson completed their education in the field of law. In 2000, they obtained an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Strathclyde. Later, in 2004-2005, they pursued further studies at the Glasgow Graduate School of Law, where they earned a Diploma in Legal Practice (Dipl LP). Furthermore, in 2008, they acquired a Dual Qualification in English Law from QLTT.
