They began their career at Brookfield Multiplex Constructions in New South Wales as a cadet in 2006, gradually progressing through various roles, including site engineer and project engineer, before assuming their current position. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Western Sydney University and has honed skills in design oversight, project coordination, and quality assurance throughout their career. Presently, they lead and manage design processes for construction projects, fostering a high-performance team culture and implementing strategic design strategies.
