Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew currently holds the position of Services Lead - Legal at Multiplex, which they started in August 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Package Manager at Multiplex for eight months. Before joining Multiplex, Andrew served as a Building Services Manager at GRAHAM Group from June 2017 to January 2021. Andrew also worked as a Projects Director at Barr + Wray Limited from April 2016 to June 2017. Andrew's earlier experience includes roles as a Building Services Manager at GRAHAM Construction from August 2011 to April 2016, and as a Mechanical Contracts Manager at Sturrock Power Ltd from August 2006 to August 2011. Andrew began their career as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Matthew Hall / Amec BFS in August 1998, where they worked for eight years.

Andrew Smith completed their education with the following qualifications:

- Andrew obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Construction Law from the University of Strathclyde, which they pursued from 2023 to 2025.

- Andrew received a BEng (Hons) degree in Building Services Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University.

- Prior to that, they had earned a BSc degree in Building Services from Glasgow Caledonian University, completing it from 2002 to 2006.

- Andrew also attended North Glasgow College, where they attained an HNC in Building Services, which was completed between 1998 and 2002.
