Director Of Learning & Culture, Global at Multiplex

Annaleigh McKay has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Annaleigh started their career as a Researcher at Red Green & Blue Company, where they eventually became a Shareholding Director and Producer. During this time, they worked on various projects, including documentaries and interactive multimedia titles. After leaving Red Green & Blue Company, Annaleigh founded Eyebrows Raised Productions Ltd, focusing on the development and production of documentaries. Annaleigh also provided production services to corporate clients and worked on projects for Dangerous Films. In 2005, Annaleigh worked as an Operations & Event Manager at Work@Play, where they organized events and team-building experiences. Since 2005, they have been with Multiplex, starting as an HR Project Manager and working their way up to Director of Learning & Culture, Global. In this role, Annaleigh leads the Learning & Culture function, designing and delivering learning experiences and culture strategies to strengthen the organization.

Annaleigh McKay completed their education at the following institutions:

- From 2012 to 2019, they attended Edith Cowan University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.

- In 2011, they attended HBA Learning Centres and obtained a Certificate IV in TAA40104 Training and Assessment.

- From 1996 to 1998, they studied at Curtin University, completing a Bachelor of Arts (English) degree with a focus on Film & Television and Theatre Arts.

In addition to their degrees, Annaleigh also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they became Accredited in the Team Management Profile through Team Management Systems - TMSOz.com. In 2015, they became a Mental Health First Aid Instructor through Mental Health First Aid Australia. In 2012, they became an Accredited Strengthscope Practitioner through Strengthscope®.
