Clare Ford

Clare Ford is a seasoned professional in the recruitment and people systems domain with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of People Systems at Multiplex since March 2010, Clare has also held roles such as Workday Implementation Manager and Recruitment Manager within the same company. Prior to that, Clare worked at AMP from April 2006 to December 2009 as Resourcing Manager, and at ERM as National Recruitment Manager from March 2005 to April 2006. Clare started the career at Hallis as a Managing Consultant, specializing in accounting and finance recruitment and has previously held recruitment consultant positions at Recruitment Solutions and HiTech Personnel. Educational credentials include studies at Leeds Beckett University and Longcroft.
