Dan Lingeswaran

Dan Lingeswaran is a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor at Multiplex, with experience managing MEP sub-contracts and consultant packages on high-profile projects such as St John's Wood Square and One Nine Elms. Currently overseeing commercial management activities, including project change control and financial cash flows, Dan has previously contributed to MEP procurement and managed various sub-contract packages for electrical, fire detection, and mechanical services. Prior to this role, Dan served as an Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor at MALA ENGINEERING LIMITED and as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Michael J Lonsdale, building a solid foundation in quantity surveying and project management.
