David Q.

David Q. is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in management and surveying. Currently serving as a Building Surveyor for Freelancer since February 2020 and as a Construction Manager at Multiplex since October 2016, David has a focus on super prime residential projects. Prior roles include Site Manager at Grangewood (Southern) Ltd. overseeing high-end residential developments in London, as well as roles at Hill Partnerships and Willmott Dixon, where David managed new build projects. Academically, David holds a Master of Science in Housing and City Planning from UCL, a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Construction Project Management, and a Foundation Degree in Civil Engineering & Construction Management from the University of East London, alongside a carpentry apprenticeship from MPG Contracts Ltd.
