David Ray

David Ray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design management and leadership within the construction industry. Currently serving as Technical Lead at Multiplex since October 2020, David previously held the position of Design Manager at the same company from September 2014 to July 2020. Prior to that, valuable experience was gained at Willmott Dixon from September 2007 to September 2014, where David progressed from Assistant Design and Build Coordinator to Bid Manager, working on NHS Primary Care facilities and educational projects. Earlier roles included Assistant Development Manager at John Laing Partnership, where responsibilities involved coordinating design teams for residential and mixed-use projects, and Assistant Site Manager at T&E Neville Ltd, commencing with on-site assistance for the Bedford School Library project.
