Don Aroney

Don started as a Cadet at Multiplex in 1989 and worked through all areas of site and project management, progressing to a director in the NSW business, before taking on his current role in 2010.

As Executive Director of Operations, Don has strategic and functional oversight of all Multiplex's operations and accredited systems. He streamlines best for business initiatives and ensures lessons learned are captured and applied. Don is also the Company Secretary and Board member of the Literacy for Life Foundation.
