Graham Horton

Graham Horton is an experienced M&E Commercial Manager with a strong background in large-scale construction projects. Currently at Multiplex since November 2018, Graham is managing the MEP components of the 22 Bishopsgate project, a 62-storey tower with a value of approximately £180 million. Previously, at Lend Lease from July 2014 to November 2018, Graham managed M&E for a significant joint venture project valued over £2 billion, which included extensive new workplace developments, a hotel, housing, and retail facilities. Prior experience includes serving as M&E Commercial Manager for Westfield on a £1.5 billion project and as an M&E Quantity Surveyor at Haden Young. Graham began a career as a Project Engineer at NG Bailey, with formal education from Northumbria University following foundational studies at Outwood Grange.
