James McElroy is an accomplished construction and planning professional with extensive experience in major projects, ranging from high-rise city centre developments to large retail regeneration initiatives. Since May 2013, James has served as a Senior Planner at Brookfield Multiplex, focusing on projects valued between £35 million to over £100 million. Previously, James held senior roles at Overbury REaL and Overbury, where responsibilities included managing tender processes and contract proposals.
