Kevin Smith is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade in various managerial roles within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Construction Manager and Site Manager at Multiplex since August 2015, Kevin has previously held positions including Contracts Manager at Lakehouse and Site Manager roles across multiple companies including Balfour Beatty Construction and Lakehouse Contracts. Kevin's notable project experience includes managing the construction of a £25m Student Accommodation new build for Unite. Kevin holds an NVQ Level 7 Diploma in Construction Senior Management, along with a series of educational qualifications from institutions including Bexley College and Erith College.
