Kristopher Medlang is an experienced professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving as an Organisation Development Partner at Multiplex since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kristopher held various positions at Shelter UK over nearly six years, including Learning and Organisational Development Business Partner and Learning and Development Officer. Previous experience includes supporting operations and finance teams at Uniglobe Preferred Travel and serving as an HR Generalist for recruitment at Inspiring Learning. Kristopher began a career in training at Berlitz Corporation, where skills in workplace communication were developed. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in HR Management & Training from the University of Leicester, completed in 2015.
