Nadia Simmonds

Nadia Simmonds is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Data Protection Manager and HR Manager (Projects) & GDPR Lead at Multiplex since June 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing HR projects and ensuring GDPR compliance in a large organization. Prior to this role, Nadia operated as a self-employed HR Consultant, providing various HR solutions, and held the position of Head of Human Resources at the Strand Palace Hotel, managing all aspects of HR strategically and operationally. Additional experience includes serving as Personnel Manager at The Original Tour and Personnel & Training Manager at both Tesco Stores Ltd and Hilton Worldwide. Nadia holds an MA in HR Strategy & Change from Kingston University, a HCIMA Postgraduate Diploma in Hotel Management from Westminster College, and a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Portsmouth, along with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Ghana.
