Nick Hailazidis

Nick Hailazidis is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management, business development, and cost planning. Currently serving as New Business Manager and Bid Manager at Multiplex since March 2013, Nick has a strong background in cost planning, having held positions as Senior Cost Planner and Cost Planner at Brookfield Multiplex. As the Founding Director of Gain FP Pty Ltd since May 2019, Nick has focused on enhancing neighborhood and residential living across Australia. Previous roles include Estimator at Probuild Constructions and Contracts Administrator at LH Building Services, where significant achievements in documentation and process improvements were realized. Education includes a Diploma of Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management and a Diploma of Building Studies from TAFE NSW.
