Sam Benad-Smith

Sam Benad-Smith is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Multiplex, involved in the One Leadenhall Development in London since June 2021, managing significant preliminary packages valued at approximately £30 million. Previously, Sam worked at Hill Group UK, where roles included Contract Surveyor, responsible for a 78-unit scheme in East London, and Assistant Contract Surveyor, contributing to major regeneration projects and developing key skills in quantity surveying. Sam's career began as a Trainee Contract Surveyor at Hill, following a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, and Engineering from the University of Reading, completed in 2014. Early work experiences also include a bartending role at Q Club and as a Swimming Instructor, gaining essential qualifications and skills.
