Thomas Clarke

Thomas Clarke is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Multiplex, having joined the company in August 2020. With experience on major projects, Thomas has worked on the £190 million Western Yards project, which includes an 18-storey office block and two residential buildings, as well as the £434 million Elephant and Castle Town Centre project featuring mixed-use developments. Prior roles include Undergraduate Construction Manager during a 12-month industrial placement on the One Nine Elms project and a 4-month summer placement on the 80 Charlotte Street project. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Construction Engineering Management from Loughborough University, completed in 2020, and attended Bootham School from 2008 to 2016.
