Tim Elder

Tim Elder has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Tim started their career as a Programme Lead at Rolls-Royce plc from September 2011 to January 2014. Following that, they worked as an Assistant Instructor at General Assembly from April 2014 to December 2014. Tim then joined Potato as a Digital PM at Google from February 2015 to April 2016. Tim went on to co-found Fromigo, a travel experience marketplace, and served as the CEO & Co-founder from April 2016 to July 2018. Tim also worked at Fat Llama as a Product Manager from July 2018 to December 2018. Tim later became the Co-director of Startup Grind, where they organized events for entrepreneurs from July 2014 to January 2022. In 2020, Tim co-founded Product Surgery, and in 2019, they joined Multiply as a Senior Product Manager. Tim eventually became the VP Product and currently holds the role of Chief Product Officer at Multiply, where they focus on generating personalized financial advice at scale.

Tim Elder completed their Bachelor of Engineering (hons) degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from the University of Bath in the years 2007 to 2011. In 2014, they attended General Assembly and focused on Software Engineering. In 2019, they pursued further education at Harvard Business School Online, specializing in Disruptive Strategy.
