Allison Rickards, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Multiquip Inc. since March 2022, having previously held the position of Human Resources Intern. Prior experience includes a role as a Marketing Team Member at Aramark from March 2019 to April 2021. Allison Rickards completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services at Boise State University, graduating in December 2022.
