Michael C. Ralph is the Director of Research for Multistudio and a Lecturer teaching research methods for undergraduates at the University of Kansas since 2025. They completed a PhD in Educational Psychology at the University of Kansas and have a background as both a K-12 and higher education instructor. Michael’s work emphasizes the equitable application of quantitative methods to enhance teaching and address barriers faced by historically marginalized groups. Previously, they served as a teacher in the Olathe School District from 2010 to 2017 and were involved in various roles related to research and education.
