Multitech Office Machines was established in 1994 and has since become an industry-leading Independent Office Equipment dealer serving businesses of all sizes in the Louisiana and Mississippi Gulf Coast Area.
We have introduced many “firsts” to our customers since 1994— we were the first company to offer printer maintenance for a variety of different manufacturers, the first to develop a high-quality, reasonably priced compatible toner cartridge, and the first to offer products, solutions and services that are Totally Focused on the Office Equipment Needs of our Clients.
In 1995 we were the first company to introduce an all inclusive printer cartridge program that included printer service in the price of the cartridge. Our all inclusive program was originally called “Just Add Paper”, that program has since been copied and mimicked by many in the Office Equipment Industry and it is now known throughout the printer and copier industry as “Managed Print Services”.
Since 1994, Multitech Office Machines has become the Largest Independent Office Equipment Dealer in the Gulf Coast area of Louisiana and Mississippi that specializes in third party printer, copier, fax and multi-function device maintenance, Multitech can handle all of you office equipment needs.
As an “Independent Office Equipment Dealer”, Multitech Helps our Clients Develop Informed Technology Upgrade Strategies. As an “Independent Dealer” we don’t have the “Back Office Pressure” of making sales quotas to keep some manufacturer happy. The net result is that our customers Get a Bigger Return on Their Investment and Right Sized Equipment with reduced costs and improved productivity.
We invite you to call upon the Multitech Office Machines family for your office equipment needs. We stand behind our products and pledge to deliver first-class equipment, premium customer service, supplies and the Dedicated Support That “Your Business Deserves”.
