Lauren Peate

Lauren Peate is the Founder and CEO of Multitudes, providing engineering effectiveness metrics. Lauren is also an advisor at the Good Data Institute, founder of Ally Skills NZ focusing on equity and inclusion, and has experience as a facilitator and mentor at The University of Auckland. Lauren has also worked with Narrative Muse, the Edmund Hillary Fellowship, the Ākina Foundation, Analytics for Us, and Fullbridge in various capacities. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University.
