Laura Ball is the Senior Director of Learning Science at Multiverse, where they focus on transforming learner potential into business performance through professional apprenticeships. They established the Learning Sciences department in 2024, leading a diverse team to integrate research-informed features into products. Laura's career includes roles in Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School, Learning Experience Architecture at General Assembly, and consultancy in Learning and Development. They hold an MSc in Organizational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London, and are passionate about the impact of agentic AI on organizational decision-making and skill-based transformation.
