Rachel Capper is an experienced coach and sales manager with a diverse background in leadership development, project management, and social mobility initiatives. At Multiverse, Rachel served as a People Leadership Coach and Business Transformation, Project Management, and AI Coach in July and August 2022. Previous roles include Referral Coordinator at The Haven Wolverhampton from November 2012 to September 2014, and Associate Sales Manager and Field Sales Manager at The Challenge from November 2015 to December 2016, where Rachel was pivotal in engaging over 3,000 young people in a key social mobility program worth £4.5 million. Additionally, Rachel worked at Police Now from February 2019 to July 2021 as a Leadership Development Officer, coaching over 100 public sector clients to nurture their talents and achieve their goals. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, both from the University of Birmingham.
